              Conclusion
As an adult we have a moral obligation to every child.  Our guidance and attention is very important.
              Recommendations

For the child:  Ask permeation to the parent or to other adults before choosing game in computer or viewing some T.V. shows.  Respect the decision of your parents or guardians.
For parents:  Give a proper guidance and give more attention to your child.  You can go picnic or family outing to develop your relationships. We need to be a good role model to our child.  For the parents of Junnifer I advised that you can go to speech therapy for your child to develop his oral because it is the effect of his tongue operation when he is a baby.
For the school:  As the educator we need to impart good values to our pupil and always practice values integration to you subject mater.

L.      Implication to Education and Assessment of Young Children
Some child misbehaves not because it is the natural to him. We need to identify the reason of a child misbehaves and try to help him and coordinate to the parents to solve the problem. Parent and teacher relationship and also teacher and student relationship must be intact for having a good flow of learning.  We teach not only to impart knowledge to the child but also help them to be a good citizen. Teaching good moral values is our obligation to all.
